Kathie Garcia runs our operations and design services. She brings over 30 years of experience in graphic art and more than 16 years in commercial apparel customization. Her passion for sewing and embroidery extends beyond the business - she teaches sewing classes for children and adults and also teaches classes at the local community college, sharing her skills with the community and inspiring others to create.
End-to-End Apparel Production
Our production setup supports both embroidery and apparel decoration methods, allowing flexibility across order sizes and garment types. With 21 embroidery heads, we can produce consistent, repeatable stitching for bulk embroidery orders while maintaining detail and quality. In addition to embroidery, we offer print-on-demand solutions including silk screen printing, DTF transfers, and vinyl application. This range of production methods allows us to match the right process to each project, whether the goal is durability, color accuracy, speed, or cost efficiency.
Heat Transfer
Heat transfer is a versatile decoration method suited for designs that require clean lines, full-color detail, or flexible placement. We use vinyl and DTF transfer processes to apply artwork accurately across a variety of garments and accessories, including detailed art and photographic graphics. This method is especially effective for complex logos, photo-based designs, small batch orders, and projects that are not ideal for embroidery due to fabric type or placement. Heat transfer allows for consistent results while offering flexibility in color, layout, and production timelines.
Custom Bags and Accessories
We offer customization for a wide range of bags and soft goods, including totes, backpacks, and promotional accessories. Using embroidery, heat transfer, and select print methods, we can apply logos and designs suited to the material, use case, and intended durability. Custom bags are a practical option for events, organizations, retail, and branded giveaways, providing a functional product with consistent branding across each piece.
