Refund policy

We gladly accept return of stock unused products packed in original package in good condition. We do not accept returns of customized product.

ORDERED INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE, OR CHANGED MIND

If you purchased our stock products via this website (https://gcefv.com/) and if you:

  • ordered incorrect item or size; or
  • changed your mind after receiving item,

contact us (help@gcefv.com) by email within 10 days from the delivery date. In the email, please state:

  • Your Name;
  • Delivery Address;
  • Reason for return (you ordered incorrect item or changed mind);
  • Delivery Date of the item you received;
  • You request RMA number for return;
  • Order Number (please include your order number in the subject line too); and
  • Name of the item you received.

After you receive our confirmation email including RMA number issued by us, please send the item to Ship-to Address below. Items will not be accepted without an RMA number. Items must be returned in the same exact condition you received them in. Returns in any other condition will not be refunded. Any shipping cost in connection with the return will be borne by customer. Please make sure you acquire tracking for your returns so that we can ensure your package makes it back to us safely.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and process the request accordingly. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund, we will not be able to return the product to you at no cost.

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE

If you purchased our products via this website (https://www.gcefv.com/) and if you received, by our mistake, an incorrect item that is not matched to the item you ordered, please contact us (help@zgla.com) by email. In the email, please state:

  • Your Name;
  • Delivery Address;
  • Reason for the email (you received an incorrect item);
  • Attach a picture/photo of the incorrect item you received;
  • Order Number (please include your order number in the subject line too); and 
  • Name of the correct item you ordered.

After we confirm our mistake, we will send the correct item as soon as possible at our expense. We are sorry for your inconvenient.

WARRANTY

Our products are covered under warranty for 30 days period from the delivery date if you purchased our item via this website (https://www.gcefv.com/). If defects in materials should arise, contact us (help@gcefv.com) by email within the above period, and please state in the email:

  • Your Name;
  • Delivery Address;
  • Explanation of the defect and attach pictures/photos of the defect;
  • Delivery Date of the item you received;
  • Order Number (please include your order number in the email subject line too); and 
  • Name of the item.

We will inspect the defect you claim and determine whether it is covered under the warranty. If a claim is determined to be valid, we will replace the item for you, or refund in the case we don't have any inventory of the same item. If it is found that the case has experienced general wear and tear, it is up to the discretion of the Customer Service team on how to proceed with the claim.

WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We are not responsible for any damage caused to any electronic device from user dropping, water damage or other methods of impact while the device is in our case.
